Privacy Policy

• Account information you provide (name, email, avatar).
• Content you create (posts, scripts, images, voiceovers, brand kit settings).
• Connected social account metadata you authorize (account IDs and tokens stored encrypted).
• Usage analytics (feature usage, AI generation counts) to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
• Payment information processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.

• To operate the service, generate AI content, and publish/schedule posts on your behalf.
• To enforce plan limits and bill subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, security notices, scheduled post confirmations).
• To improve our product through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

Prompts and generated outputs are processed through third-party AI providers via our secure AI gateway. We do not use your prompts to train third-party foundation models.

When you connect a social network, we exchange OAuth tokens with that platform and store them encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Social Accounts.

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at privacy@socialpilot.app.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is controlled by row-level security so users can only see their own data.
