Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

• Do not generate content that is illegal, harassing, or violates platform rules.
• No spam, deceptive content, impersonation, or scraping.
• You retain ownership of content you create; you grant us a license to host and deliver it.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. We provide no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose for AI-generated material.

Publishing to social networks is subject to each platform's terms. We may suspend integrations that violate their policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shi-SocialPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
